One of the things that has made it work *for me* is that I'm keeping it very close. I basically only use it with family.

I get the connections and insights I used to get in the very early days of Instagram.

- This is our honorarium for all speakers
- If you can't accept it, which charity would you like it donating to?

That helps us treat all fairly, and avoid over-indexing on speakers from an org who would otherwise make it free for us.
